How to complain about a dry cleaner

When you can't get your service provider to address your complaint, Complaintline helps with how to complain and get results

Dry Cleaning Institute of Australia

The Dry Cleaning Institute of Australia has branches in each state and territory. It has a complaints mediation process, co-ordinated nationally, for complaints that you have been unable to resolve directly with the dry cleaner involved. Your complaint will be mediated locally. Mediators use a common procedure across Australia, based on the International Fair Claims Guide (an internationally recognised set of mediation procedures).
