The Postal Industry Ombudsman (PIO) investigates complaints about Australia Post, and other postal or courier operators that are registered as a Private Postal Operator (PPO) under the Ombudsman Act 1976. The PIO is one of the functions of the Commonwealth Ombudsman, and your contact will be handled through the Commonwealth Ombudsman.
